Like the other cases involving vendor intrinsics that produce unspecified values, I'd like to be cautious here.

I think that in this case the change won't affect semantics.
The undef and poison values act here as a placeholder for the base value. The vector is then filled with valid elements, so choosing between undef and poison is semantically irrelevant.
